*We are happy to confirm that external coaching is currently permitted on our courts. Since we do not offer in-house coaching at the moment, you are welcome to book a court and invite your external coach to conduct sessions. Please note: This policy is allowed until further notice. We will keep you updated on any future changes.

*Booking cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance only and will be credited to your next booking.

*No-shows will be charged in full. Strictly no monetary refunds.

*Following the Malaysian government’s implementation of 6% SST on sports and recreational facilities, the tax will now apply to bookings and services at First Shot.
