JUNIOR BARISTA

Key Roles & responsibilities
- Greet customers and update them on promotions or special offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Prepare food and beverages, including espresso-based drinks, latte art, and a variety of hot and cold beverages.
- Operate POS systems and handle cashiering duties, including processing cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
- Properly handle, clean, and maintain the tidiness of the service counter and storage areas, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Conduct daily stock take and end-of-day inventory count, and perform restocking as required.
Requirement
- Basic coffee knowledge and barista skills are an added advantage
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Passionate about coffee preparation and beverage crafting
- Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred.
COFFEE CREW

Key Roles & responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating.
- Deliver friendly customer service by explaining coffee blends, food ingredients, and daily specials.
- Operate POS systems and handle cashiering duties, including processing cash, card, and e-wallet payments.
- Promote seasonal items, limited time offers, and new menu launches to customers.
- Assist with inventory checks, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all work areas, including equipment and utensils.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirement
- Basic skills in preparing food and beverage.
- Willing to learn basic coffee making / basic barista skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
- Maintain good attendance, punctual, and a good team player.
